Aubergine Private Dining Club is a membership-driven, private dining concept located in the historic City of Grandview. Members pay $1000 per year to join and experience unique, modernist dining experiences created by Chefs Colin Gregory and Marja Winkler that tantalize the mind and palate. The restaurant operates by reservation only with no set menu by design, offering curated dinners that are invigorating and delicious. They are open Tuesday through Saturday at 4pm, with Sundays and Mondays available for private reservations and events.
